This includes a yummy assortment of fall flavors and textures. It's called "Double Gingerbread" because it has both crystallized ginger and ground ginger. It's also dairy free (yippee), and has a couple of eggs.
This has a nice crumb and great holiday scent. This is my natural potpourri and air freshener! :)

You are just posting too many delicious things! I haven't had a chance to make the Orange Cranberry Muffins yet, although I printed off the recipe and now the Gingerbread- these look fantastic! I love, love, love ginger and have my mini bundt pan. Maybe I will make the these and the muffins on the same day.......

ReplyDeleteMandy, I think I got the mini bundt pan at Williams Sonoma or Crate and Barrel. It is very old! I've seen them at Sur la Table as well. - mary the food librarian
