Cinco de Mini-Break - Tuesdays with Dorie

With apologizes to one of my favorite bloggers, Megan of My Baking Adventures, I skipped this week's Tuesdays with Dorie selection of Tiramisu Cake (from page 266 of Dorie's book, Baking: From My Home to Yours) because I went on a mini-break to San Francisco.
