ReplyDeleteI made Dorie's Cranberry Spice Bundt for National Bundt Day!
ReplyDeleteYou can see how it turned out at http://www.990square.com/2009/11/cranberry-all-spice-bundt/
Today my mom and I decided to make a chocolate chip sour cream cake - made in a bundt pan - and I got so excited when I remembered what day it was. Thanks for all the great recipes!
ReplyDeleteHonestly, these were the cutest blog postings ever! I checked back every day to see your newest bundt. Making that many bundts must have been exhausting, so congratulations on making it all the way to day 30!!
ReplyDeleteI really plan to make a bundt in the near future, although it is very sad I couldn't make one for today=(
I made a bundt cake! It's hard not wanting to be a part of the fun!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your marathon bundt baking and posting project and Happy National Bundt Day to you!!! I would probably never want to see another bundt, but so true is your bundt devotion that I know you'll be whipping up another one any minute now!
ReplyDeleteI posted a bundt for National Bundt Day - Nick Malgieri's Blackberry Jam Bundt, and the url is: http://noe847.blogspot.com/2009/11/blackberry-jam-bundt-cake.html And I'll be posting the TWD Holiday Bundt on Tuesday.
It's been such fun reading about all of your bundt adventures, and baking along with you!
Hey Mary, this was an amazing event, I really enjoyed getting to see a new bundt everyday! Thanks for all your hard work. I got into the action today with the Pumpkin Apple bundt from day three, it's great. Happy Bundt Day!

Mary, you have outdone yourself!! All of the bundts look delicious!! Congrats on making it all the way through! :)I like big bundts!!
ReplyDeleteI didn't make a cake, but I did buy my very first bundt pan today. I think I'll start with the chocolate peanut butter one.
ReplyDeleteGreat pics of all the "big bundts"!
ReplyDeleteI am so glad you did this. It was so fun to see all the bundts you made.
I am glad you helped me become aware that there is a National Bundt Day!
Amazing! I just read about your 30 Days of Bundts today! I wish I had run across it earlier so I could have followed along!
ReplyDeleteHappy Bundt Day!
OMG. You freakin' did it! You are so awesome. Congrats!!!
ReplyDelete(I made my bundt. Bringing it to work tomorrow, presliced just like you. :) )
Happy Bundt Cake Day! I made the Cream Cheese variety with the lime glaze. We did not adhere to to the Williams-Sonoma instructions - waiting until it had cooled completely? NO WAY! It tasted extra delicious still warm and gooey.
ReplyDeleteI've gotta say I'm really sad to see Bundt Month end! It was so fun following along and seeing what you chose to bake.
ReplyDeleteI did make the Pumpkin Spice Bundt Cake With Buttermilk Icing that you posted early on in the 30 days and loved it (seen here http://spontaneoustruth.wordpress.com/2009/10/25/pumpkin-spice-bundt-cake-with-buttermilk-icing/). I've since saved many of the other recipes to try in the future!
Please continue to post your new fave bundt recipes as you find them! :)
I love the round up, so fabulous! You are amazing :) I didn't actually bake a bundt today, only because my bundt pan is ready for the trash can. :-p The last three cakes I have made in it have stuck. UGH SOoooooo instead I celebrated by buying myself a new bundt pan. I am saving this post, so many of these look so good. I MUST try that Nutella bundt!
ReplyDeleteYou are AMAZING!!!
ReplyDeleteYou made it! Congratulations!!!
ReplyDeleteYou did such a great job and I enjoyed following this 30-day journey! You totally inspired me to adapt one of your bundt recipes and blog it for National Bundt Cake Day.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on persevering... you go girl :) :)
Congrats! What an accomplishment. Inspired by you, I made a bundt today (Dorie's Mocha Walnut), but I had stickage issues. Care to share your secret to bundt pan preparation? And bundt pan cleaning?
ReplyDeleteYou are crazy! And AWESOME!! Glad you got through it all and they are all amazing.
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, Mary, I had no idea you posted about my birthday and I could not figure out how/why so many people knew it was my birthday today! You're so awesome!
ReplyDeleteThanks! My bundt will forever be thankful! ;) I was just coming over to link you as I'm working on my post about the bundt I made today for my birthday/I mean, for National Bundt Cake Day!
Seriously, awesome--thanks!
My post with the banana/chocolate chip/cinnamon bundt cake I made today will be up LATE tonight.

ONE comment. All of your bundts look fanastic.
ReplyDeleteAnd Happy Bundt Day to you too.
That's crazy and amazing all at once! Also, that cinnamon chocolate one you just made sounds delicious. Can you make bundts when it is not national bundt day?
ReplyDeleteI knew it was National Bundt Cake Day and even had plans to make a Bourbon Chocolate Tipsy Bundt Cake...but alas unexpected home repairs took precedence. I love your blog - congrats on an entire month of cake! :)
ReplyDeletehttp://www.seejencook.blogspot.com
You are beyond amazing! I am in love with each and every one of these recipes. I'd better get baking!
ReplyDeleteWhat was your favorite bundt cake in this experiment?
ReplyDeleteI also would love to know which was your favorite! And, I gotta say you have some pretty awesome bundt pans! I now know what my newest thrift store obsession will be...
ReplyDeleteFirst of all, your title and picture for this bundt binge were HILARIOUS.
ReplyDeleteI bookmarked several of the recipes to try later, but the one I ended up making in honor of National Bundt Day was the peanut butter and chocolate one from Culinary in the Country. [No pics, mine looks almost exactly like yours.] My husband and I both LOVED it. Reese's pb cups are his favorite [which is why I chose this recipe], and we both thought this tasted just like a cake version of those -- especially the pb filling...not that I licked the excess out of the ziploc bag or anything...
Wow you did an amzing job they all look divine! I think its fair to say you know your bundt cakes!!! I want to eat them all.
ReplyDeleteI made a bundt for Natl Bundt day too. I posted it here: http://tomatoesforapples.blogspot.com/2009/11/omg-becky-look-at-her-bundt.html
ReplyDeleteThanks for the inspiriation and great recipes. I'm glad I happened upon your blog!
Ooo--I did a bundt for the holiday!

ReplyDeleteI just had to join in the fun! Thanks for the inspiration. :-)

I also made a bundt! But it came apart in the de-panning, so I used about half of the bundt wreckage to make a bread pudding.
ReplyDeleteI used your pear-ginger recipe and amped up the ginger in a big way. It's flavorful, but would have been better with whipped cream, and I'm a little bit sick of ginger now :)
I made a bundt yesterday to celebrate the last day of your celebration! Congrations on 30 fun days...
ReplyDeleteHot damn, woman! I'm uber impressed that you made it through the entire month - and I'm guessing the library staff likes you quite a bit :)
ReplyDeleteMary, I absolutely loved your "Big Bundt" series. Every morning I checked my email before going to work to see what you'd made. I love bundts too, and now I'll be trying most of these recipes! I know I'm a day late, but I did a little experiment for my National Bundt Day cake. If you'd like to check it out, here's the link:http://erinssweetlife.blogspot.com/2009/11/double-pumpkin-cake.html
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for sharing your Bundt recipes! I made the chocolate cinnamon bundt for an early Thanksgiving celebration that I hosted for my family last weekend. Everyone raved about how moist and delicious that cake was. Here is a link to my post!http://wokthroughthefire.blogspot.com/2009/11/national-bundt-day.html
ReplyDeleteLook at all of those fantastic bundts! It's been such fun to be along for the ride with you, Mary!
ReplyDeleteLove it, great job on all the variety!
ReplyDeleteYour bundt logo is too funny, I can't stop singing that song! :D
ReplyDeleteI've *loved* your month of 'Big Bundts', they all look so delicious. I was inspired to buy my first bundt pan, now I just need to decide which recipe to try first!

ReplyDeleteI think I am in love with you. This is amazing. Where have you been all my life? I am gonna try and join you next year. Of course my cakes and pictures will never be as pretty as yours but I'll have to try.
ReplyDeleteAwesome post! I love seeing all the photos of the bundts you've made.

ReplyDeleteI am amazed and very impressed with your bundts! Incredible job! I don't know that I can even pick a favorite. Most curious goes to vanilla cardamom.
ReplyDeleteI *love* that you did this and applaud your efforts! So many of these are bookmarked for later.
ReplyDeleteI made an Almond Poppyseed Bundt Cake today and am fighting myself to not eat it all!
