Day 26 of I Like Big Bundts: 30 Days of Bundt Cakes
Orange Cranberry Bundt
Today, it's the Orange Cranberry Bundt! Only 4 days away from National Bundt Day! Whoo hoo!

I've been making 30 Bundts for the 30 days leading up to National Bundt Day on November 15th! I'm on Day 26...are you ready for National Bundt Day?!
The original recipe used dates, but Tarah of Genesis of a Cook changed things up and used dried cranberries instead.
This isn't the biggest Bundt in the world so you could make it in a 10-cup Bundt pan too. This one is made in the 12-cup Bundt.
The glaze is a mixture of fresh orange juice, orange zest and powdered sugar. I'll be honest and say that this Bundt didn't knock my socks off. Perhaps I should have soaked the dried cranberries in orange juice or something. Anyway, I think I should try it again with some tweeks.
