  8. I love your post. Sorry I found you after your Bundt extravaganza ended! I'm planning to make an apple bundt cake (from Amanda Hesser's new NY Times cookbook). It calls for a 9-inch tube pan -- which I don't have -- so I'll be adapting it to my 10-inch bundt. Can't wait to read through all your bundt recipes!

    You are awesome and so are your bundts! I made three, 2 last night and one today that I'm going to get posted today! Three bundts are better than one, 'specially when it's your bithday, too!
