I blogged about these in 2008 (seems like yesterday) and loved them. I also made them with the jam filling. I've brought them to morning meetings in the past few years, and it was nice to make them again. Starting your day with some lemon zest is always a winner.

    First of all these look amazingly delicious (if there is such a thing) and there's that cupcake stand again - that I just absolutely adore! I thought I was over my nesting bout, but looks like maybe not :-)
