Peach Crisp with oatmeal topping...very fresh for the oven (still bubbling!)
I doctored a couple Barefoot Contessa recipes to make this summer crisp. I used Ina Garten's topping from her Apple and Pear Crisp recipe. And, I used the filling mixture from her Peach and Raspberry Crisp recipe.
The peaches are from my co-worker's backyard! Thanks Andrea!! Friends with trees and gardens are the best! :) (I'm looking for a fig tree buddy, by the way)

omg!! this looks so good. i can actually see the bubbles coming out of the crisp...yummy!
Also yummy, we slit them up and shared them around.
My figs are growing as we speak, and should be ripe in about a month. Can't wait to see what you can make with them.
