Just got back from a great mini-break in the Bay Area. I ate, visited, museumed (is that a word?), hiked, walked, and got my public transportation groove on.
There are a bunch of photos in my Flickr account here.
Also, click on any photo to enlarge.
My trip by the numbers (and photos):
3: museums in one day
Frida Kahlo at SFMOMA, Museum of Craft and Folk Art, and Legion of Honor - Women Impressionists exhibit
2: times standing in line for ice cream

46,579: steps on pedometer!
oh yes, I worked off some of the food. maybe...

Great pics! Hard to go wrong with a food-centric visit SF. Thanks for visiting us!
I can vouch for at least 20,000 steps on the pedometer, 1 Indian food meal (some people pray before a meal, the food librarian takes photos!), 1 ice cream cone and 2 cats! It was great to see you! :-)
Hey how was Bi-Rite? I passed by and was wondering...
Bi-Rite was tasty. Good selection of very creamy and rich ice creams. However, I love Icy in Berkeley for their selection of sorbets.
