Day 8 of I Like Big Bundts: 30 Days of Bundt Cakes
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bundt with Cadbury Chocolates
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bundt with Cadbury Chocolates
My friend went to Ireland and brought back some bags of Cadbury Chunks (Milk Chocolates). I've been dying to use them...and am now on the hunt for more.
My dear friend Dave is actually in Dublin right now to run the Dublin Marathon. He travels around to different parts of the world running marathons. I would like to do that too! Except I'll replace marathons with bakeries. So, note to Dave...if you see some Cadbury Milk Chocolate chunks, pick up a few bags for me! ;)
This Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bundt was a fan favorite at work. The Cadbury chunks were soft and delicious. They melt in your mouth and are the perfect consistency next to the pumpkin. Much nicer than a regular Nestle Chocolate Chip.
I really like this Nordic Ware Rose Bundt. It's styling. I used it once before for this Cream Cheese Pound Cake (another yummy Bundt recipe).
I hope you have a great rest of your weekend! I'm working at the library today but will hit up Disneyland tonight. It's all decorated for Halloween and the Haunted Mansion ride is just what I need!
See you tomorrow for yet another Bundt. And keep coming back not just to see a Bundt, but to see if I go crazy doing this! :) Mark your calendars...National Bundt Day is November 15th!

I'd think the rose bundt pan would also increase the 'crunchy goodness' surface area to soft cake interior ratio.
Every time I see the word 'bundt' it reminds me of the scene in 'My Big Fat Greek Wedding.'
I have that rose pan in silicone. I need to use it more. Yum to those chocolates!
Have fun at Disney!
Cadbury chocolate it the best! But don't be fulled by the stuff they sell in American stores--it's not the same recipe!
Have fun at Disney--we were in FL a few weeks ago and the Halloween decorations were great!
My money's on crazy.
I love Cadbury! I grew up eating that and it's too bad it's so hard to find here in the States.

complimenti per questa torta favolosa e per il tuo blog.
Ciao Daniela.
Mmmmm chocolate, pumpkin and Sir Mix-A-Lot....:)
Looks like a beautifully moist bundt cake :)
Chocolate and Pumpkin together is my favorite thing right now, yum!
This looks delicious, just like every other bundt you've made so far. You have such nice bundt pans! I think I would like making bundt cakes more if I had pretty bundt pans. My cakes never look as nice.
magnifica questa torta!!! una delizia!
I like the travel the world part, but more power to your friend for running those marathons. It's probably a great way to see different countries.
I like the flavors of this bundt.
Another gorgeous bundt cake, Mary! Hope you had fun at Disney Land!
So heyyy, wanna meet up again like in a week...and I am not just saying that in the hopes of scoring a piece of cake ;)
