Milk Chocolate Mini Bundt Cakes
For this week's Tuesdays with Dorie selection, Kristin of I’m Right About Everything picked Milk Chocolate Mini Bundt Cakes on page 188-189 of Dorie's book, Baking: From My Home to Yours.
One of my co-workers can't eat nuts so I skipped the nuts. I bypassed the swirl in the middle and just dusted the tops with powdered sugar.
This cake is lovely. The texture is soft, the cake is moist and there is just enough chocolate flavor...but not overwhelming to the senses. I could eat a tray of these.
Be sure to check out the other Tuesdays with Dorie bakers!

Oh, your mini-bundt cakes are too cute!! They look delicious. Great job as usual! I love the chopped chocolate shot.
Harika görünüyor!
The powdered sugar gives these treats a very artistic touch!
Ah..... I have a whole stash of those bars in my basement! They're one of my favorites. What wonderful little cakelettes - confectioner's sugar just makes things so festive looking. Glad you enjoyed the flavor and texture - they were quite good!
Simple and beautiful! I love your photos. I made a large bundt so it was a little dry, but I'd still make it again.
Oh, I heart TJ's huge chocolate bars - if I had a store near me, I totally would have used milk chocolate in these. Yours look adorable!
Ahhhh... finaly, they're here.
It seems bundt cakes won't leave you! You must have been destined to them! lol ...which is lucky for you, having all those beautiful bundt molds! This one is particularly lovely...

These are darling! I have a new appreciation for bundts—went to a baking class at Kiss My Bundt (have you been) and TOTALLY thought of you!
As always, adorable bundts! I thought they were good without nuts, too.
Really? TJ chocolate bars are good? I've always wondered about them. I'll have to stock up on some next time I go! Good to hear about them.
Your cakes are adorable!
Aw these are so cute, yummm bundt chocolate cake!
Oh my heavens, those little darling are simply adorable. Perfect for National Chocolate Month. Thank you so much for sharing Mary...
I absolutely love that last photo Mary - gorgeous! I'm glad to hear the TJ's chocolate is good, I've often wondered. I'm jealous that your cakes were moist - I've definitely got to try this recipe again.
haha I was waiting and waiting to see the next bundt cake post... does Trader Joe's deliver?
You have the magic touch to have come out with moist cakes. So many of us had dry little bundts. Your cake looks so pretty.
Your mini-bundts look gorgeous. I have to go back and make these when I have more time.
I could eat a tray of your mini bundt cakes too! They look great.
Mmm these bundt cakes look great. That chocolate from Trader Joe's is my fave.
Your mini bundts look perfect! (which I totally expected =) ) I really need to visit somewhere with a TJs one of these days; I miss a lot of their stuff, but especially the chocolate and dried fruit.
Mary,
I almost let this week slip by without stopping by the queen of bundts for Dorie's mini's. Yes, of course they are perfecto. Simply, a piece of cake for you no doubt. Glad you have a TJ's closeby....boo, I don't. haha
Nice.
