November 15, 2010 was National Bundt Day! Oh my goodness! So many people baked Bundts to celebrate. I'm overwhelmed by the Bundt love.
Last year, I had an impressive 41 Bundts in the Round Up. This year, an amazing 86 (yes, eighty-six!!) Bundts are in the Round Up!
I loved reading each post and email. Some used your grandmother's or mother's bundt pans. Some used this holiday to run out and buy a new one. Some had a Bundt party. Awesomeness.
However, your descriptions about my obsession with the world's perfect cake vehicle, the Bundt and my crazy adventure again cracked me up!
I listed the states and countries of the entries...Bundt love is all over the map! I've linked to the blog, so please click through to find some yummy recipes. If the baker doesn't have a blog, you'll see an asterisk by their name. I ended up placing three orders with JustJenn Designs for more and more buttons! (Those who sent me proof of their Bundt by 11/21/2010 will receive a JustJenn Designs "I Like Big Bundts" button. You can buy more of these cute buttons and lots of other great stuff on my friend's Jenn's website)
Thank you soooo much for your aBUNDTant enthusiasm for the Bundt. (Oh, yes, the puns are endless)!
With much Bundt love and appreciation, - mary the food librarian

Dragon Castle wins hands down. Hands down!
Mary, you're so cool. You so have to do a lammington next year!
this is truly amazing! pretty bundts from all over the world :) you've started a lovely [and delicious] tradition, Mary! xoxo
I want to try every one of the recipes for these pictures - they all look delicious! I made a brown sugar pecan bundt on the weekend (we were going to a friend's house for supper) and it's all gone, so I think I need to make a new flavour for dessert for tonight - I think I'm going to try the cake that Sandy from PA made - the Chocolate Chip Marble Bundt Cake :D
Truly amazing! Nationwide....worldwide....I'm getting hungry just reading.....
Thank goodness I'm making the
Sour Cream Pumpkin Bundt cake tonight!
A feast for the eyes!

Hehehe! I feel famous! I got quoted by the Food Librarian!
I'm so hungry after looking at those bundts. I reeeeeally want one ASAP. I think there would be anarchy if I made cake instead of pie for thanksgiving though. The Zebra bundt my favorite and is going straight to the top of my to do list for sure.
WOW - so many gorgeous bundts I don't know what to do with myself!
Wow, an impressive array of bundts! This gives me more ideas for next year!

(and now I'm a librarian, too. Okay, just a volunteer one. For a tiny library. In a very small village. Where people don't read enough. But I'm a librarian too!)
Wow, that's a lot of bundt love!
I must admit I didn't see my entry in the round-up, though. Should I send you the info again?
I wanted to bake a bundt cake too, but I was too sick to get up. Oh well, hopefully next year :)
